Who we are

eForms Systems is a small, independent software company. We design, build and run eForms ourselves - the website, the members' area and the coming mobile apps.

We started eForms because we kept seeing the same thing: important paperwork scattered across email inboxes, desk drawers, downloads folders and people's memories. A form on one website, a scan in an email, a renewal date nobody wrote down.

We are building the place we wanted for ourselves: calm, secure and simple enough for anyone to use.

What we do

eForms brings the paperwork of everyday life and work into one secure account.

You fill in forms online and follow them to approval. You keep documents in an encrypted vault and are reminded before they expire. You send contracts for signature and see who has signed. Businesses collect documents from clients through a secure link instead of chasing them by email.

And the everyday jobs - merging, splitting, compressing and protecting PDFs - are done with built-in tools, with nothing to install.

We build eForms ourselves, in small steps, and we test each one before it reaches you. Security is part of the design from the first sketch, not added at the end.

We listen to the people who use eForms: messages from the contact form reach the team directly, and many features started as a question someone asked us.
