Is eForms free?
Yes. eForms is free to use today. If paid plans are introduced later, you will be told well in advance.
How do I create an account?
Choose Sign up, enter your details and confirm your email address with the code we send. When registration is by invitation, you need an invitation link from an existing member.
What can I do with eForms?
Fill in and track forms, keep documents in an encrypted vault, get reminders before they expire, sign and share documents, and use built-in PDF and image tools.
How do I sign in?
Choose Sign in at the top of any page. It takes you to the eForms app, where you enter your email address and password.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in page choose the forgotten-password link. We email you a code that lets you set a new password.
Can I add a second step when signing in?
Yes. You can switch on 2-step sign-in in your account, so a password alone is not enough to get in.
Who can see my documents?
You, and the people you choose to share a document with. Documents are stored encrypted.
Is an e-signature on eForms recorded?
Yes. Each signature is recorded in an audit trail showing who signed and when. Whether an electronic signature is accepted for a particular purpose depends on the law that applies to you.
What file tools are included?
Tools to merge, split, compress, protect, fill in and redact PDFs, to compress and blur images, to read text from scans, and more.
Can my business use eForms?
Yes. Businesses use eForms to collect documents from clients, send contracts for signature and email their contacts.
How do I collect documents from a client?
Create a document request and send it. Your client uploads through a secure link, and you are told when the files arrive.
Is there a mobile app?
Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon. Until then eForms works in the browser on any phone.
Does any AI read or learn from my documents?
No. Your documents are never shared with any AI: no training, no scanning, no profiling. The eForms help assistant only answers questions about how to use eForms; it never sees your documents.
Do you sell my data or use it for adverts?
No. eForms does not sell your information, does not pass it to data brokers and never uses it for adverts.
Who can see my documents?
Only you, and the people you choose. Documents are stored encrypted. When you share, you send a secure link that can expire, can have a download limit and a password, and can be taken back at any time.
Can I take my data with me, or delete my account?
Yes. In your profile, Data and Privacy lets you download your documents as a zip file. You can also ask for your account to be deleted; after an administrator has reviewed the request, your account and data are deleted permanently.
