1. These terms
eForms is provided by eForms Systems. By using the website, the web app or the mobile apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use eForms.
2. Your account
Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. Keep your password and any sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Price
eForms is free to use at present. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
4. Your content
What you upload or enter remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you.
Do not upload anything you have no right to hold or share, anything unlawful, or anything intended to harm others or the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, interfere with the service, send unsolicited bulk email, or use automated means to collect information from eForms without our written agreement.
6. E-signatures and documents
eForms provides tools for signing and exchanging documents and records how they were used. Whether an electronic signature or a document is valid for a particular purpose depends on the law that applies to you. That is for you to check; we give no legal advice.
7. Reminders
Reminders are a convenience. A reminder may be delayed or fail to arrive, for example if an email is filtered as spam. You remain responsible for your own deadlines.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep eForms available but do not promise it will always be so. We may change or withdraw features. Keep your own copies of anything important.
9. Our responsibility to you
eForms is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of eForms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using eForms and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If you continue to use eForms after a change, the new terms apply.
